DR. JEAN S. DABASOL

College President
Luan-luan, Poblacion I, Carcar City, Cebu

Dear Dr. Dabasol:

Greetings of peace and abundance!

The Carcar City College official research journal, D' Empiricist, serves as a platform for the
dissemination of scholarly research undertaken by the faculty and students of this institution.
Making this journal available to our students not only aligns with our institution's Research
Department mission statement, which is to instill, capacitate, develop, and upskill every CCCian
faculty and students to embody a culture of research, but also promotes and encourages students
to actively engage themselves in research. Besides, the distribution of this journal to our beloved
students will not only supplement and guide them in their research endeavors but also inspire
them to conduct research in their respective fields.

In lieu of this, the undersigned would like to formally request approval to distribute a copy of our
college's official research journal, D' Empiricist, to the second- to fourth-year students of this
institution. The third- and fourth-year students are selected since they are either completing their
research work or are currently taking research courses. Similarly, second-year students are also
chosen since they are about to take up research classes next semester.

Attached is the case study format adopted for the purposes of this course.

I am hoping for a positive and favorable response to this request. Thank you very much, and God
bless!

Sincerely,

MARICRIS E. LACOSTALES, MAPA
