5 PROJECT DESIGN BASIS

The design basis of t he PROJECT is depicted in the following table named as "Basic Engineering and
Design Data (BEDD)" containing all necessary technical data used in the FEED studies and
ca lculations of t he Jet A-1 Fuel Pipeli ne System. This data shall be checked, verified and validated
during the FEED review stage of the CONTRACT. In the following table, the design basis items and
the values of the design related parameters for the main components of the PROJECT are
presented.
