Curriculum Engineer

Join us as a Curriculum Engineer, where you’ll contribute significantly to shaping our

educational content and strategies. This role requires a mix of creativity, leadership,
and a solid grasp of learning methods. You’ll work alongside a team of Curriculum
Engineers, contributing to the development of exciting and effective educational
programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Support: Learn and contribute to team projects under the guidance of
experienced Curriculum Engineers. Assist in managing timelines and ensuring quality
work.

Content Development: Collaborate on creating and refining curriculum materials, like

lesson plans and assessments, ensuring they meet educational standards.

Innovative Design: Contribute ideas for engaging learning experiences that

incorporate modern technologies and teaching methods.

Collaboration: Work with various departments to align educational content with

company goals and user needs.

Quality Assurance: Learn to implement quality control measures and assess program
effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in gathering feedback from educators and

students, helping to improve our curriculum.

Qualifications:

 Passion for education and technology-driven learning.

 Strong communication and organizational skills.
 Ability to work well in a team.
 Familiarity with STEM education is a plus.
 Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Bangalore (Elecronicity), CTC Range of 3L to 4L, depending on the skill

levels of the candidates.
