1. Recap/Link with Previous Lesson: 5 min
Review previous lessons about nature and the environment.
Connect to discussions about recycling, conservation, and taking care of the
Earth.
Introduction of New Topic/Starter Activity:
 Teacher will ask about Earth Day and what do they know about
it? 10 min
 Pictures or videos related to Earth Day celebrations will be
shown around the world. Whiteboard
Teaching of Main Concept/Discussion:
 Teacher will discuss why Earth Day is important and what it Do sheets

 Ways of effective communication will be explained.
 Examples of good and bad voice modulation will be discussed.
 Topic will be explained by examples from general life. Notebook

Activity:
 Students will be given coloured sheets to write on the topic and make
a web using their creative skill.
Class work/Written Task:
 Students will work on the topic andthey will be called in front of 5 min
the class to present their written work. They will be given chance
to speak at least 3 sentences about the topic.
2. Wrap Up/Plenary:
The main points related to public speaking will be revised and students’
comprehension will be checked by posing different questions.
