Business Process
Basically, a business process is a chain of steps that lead to a far reaching business goal. To accomplish a common
goal,a common group of people working in a chain of steps with some resources and make a business farm
successful. On the other hand, a business function is an operation or process that a person or organizations carries
out.

Purpose: “Marketing is the key for gaining profit in any company. Marketing increases sales and that is why this
department is required.”

The documents that are required for compleating the processes are:

2) Challan paper
3) Gate pass
4) LC Documents etc

There are some inefficiencies I found in manual system. They are:

1) We have no connected customers database. So every time they order, we have to save the data repeatedly.
2) Connecting and delivering their products manually is tough and time consuming.
3) They cant able to track their deliveries.
4) Sometimes they claimed about some issues that could be easier to solve in automation system.

If ERP system can be devoloped in our company, definitely the inefficiencies could be solved.By installing it in our
company -
1) We can make a clear connected database so that it will help to have the proper statistics.
2) Customers can check product quality from other customers rating from anywhere in country.
3) Repeated data entry hassel would be recovered.
4) Customers can order from any place and we can monitor all the process through software.
5) Products history, performances all could be able to monitor so customers satisfaction would be high.
6) We can expand our service all over the world in ease way.
