My overall experience was exceptional. I was not aware for lpl also provide its service in
rural area also but It was satisfactory for me. Booking an appointment was equally
straightforward. The chatbot also help how much price spend. The option to choose between
home or in-store visits further enhanced the user-friendly experience.

Things which could improve the experience: -

 Improve natural language processing: The chatbot could misinterpret user queries or
struggle with complex sentences. It should be provide hindi language also.

Ideas to incorporate this technology to communicate with customers.

 Enhance scheduling convenience: Offer real-time slot availability based on the


customer's preferred location and time, ensuring a seamless appointment booking
process.
 Introduce symptom checker: Integrate a symptom checker feature that guides

Thoughts before using the IKEA AR App: -
I have experience with AR apps like Google AR and Lenskart, so I had a general
understanding of their functionality and user interface.

However, I was not familiar with IKEA's AR app and was eager to explore its features and
interface.

Being able to visualize products in real living space definitely improves the shopping
experience.

The IKEA Place app uses augmented reality (AR) technology to allow users to virtually place
IKEA furniture within their home.

This provides a more realistic and immersive experience than simply looking at product
images online.

Users can see how different furniture will look in their space, taking into account factors such

I like it very much.
It was a really interesting and fascinating experience.
I was also able to match the actual size of the products in the room to others.
It was definitely a great help when purchasing, even including the color of the object.
It was very easy to use and allowed me to move objects freely in space.
This software shows you how the selected furniture or objects will look in your room,
bedroom, or other location in real time.
You can walk around virtual objects and see them from different perspectives.
The app features a user-friendly layout that allows users to easily browse the catalog and
utilize AR features.

Things which could have improved the user Experience: -


There are some things that cannot be seen in AR, so I would be happy if the product catalog
could be expanded.

Also, the AR app is not compatible with some older phone models, so it would be great if
they tried to make it work on older phones as well.

• Create interactive lessons or instructions within the app to assist users get the most out of
the AR capabilities.

• There are some things that cannot be seen with AR, so I would be happy if the product
catalog could be expanded.Also, the AR app is not compatible with some older phone
