Job Sequence for Zone # 1

Below mentioned procedure to be follow on site for demolition work

1. All the area should be free from oil.

2. OWS & CBD line, pit and funnel should be covered properly.
3. Demolition area will be barricaded to avoid other personal movement.
4. All the live services entering in zone # 1 like steam, service air, instrument air, fire fighting ,
hydrant, service water line etc’s should be Isolated and disconnected properly .

Below mentioned sequence to be follow on site for demolition work.

1. All the flanges, valves, motors, pipe connections are to be dismantle.

2. All the equipment, tank and Pump (mentioned below list) at ground level to be dismantle.

3. Break the water thickener tank with crusher machine.

4. Decoking water tank, pipes, supports structure and pump room will cut with sheer cutter.
5. All the loose materials will be load on dumper with help of Farhana and bucket.
6. Break the RCC floor with breaker and to be load on dumper with help of Farhana and bucket.
