This will enable me to apply all the theories I learned in my teacher
education institution.

Schools vary in lesson plan format.

In this space, I will present a screenshot or scanned copy of

the lesson plan format required by my cooperating school. I will
confer with my cooperating teacher on how to go about the
template to guide me in making the plan.
Here, I will present my first lesson plan. (A lesson plan with comments or
corrections is preferred.)
