Pundranagar(Mahasthangarh) is the most important Buddhist Archaeological Sites

situated at Bogra of Bangladesh. It was a vibrant administrative, religiond &


cultural center from the 3rd century BC to the 12 th century AD that is from the
Mutual Empire time to the Sena Dynasty period. Archaeological remains & literary
descriptions speak of a truly planned & magnificent city.City Walls, elaborate
gates,palaces,common dwellings,assembly halls,temple,Viharas,shops,ponds& even
