With refere nce to the above, we kindly request you to grant us another 10 days extension to renew our
license.

In regard to above, we also would like to inform you the following details for your kind information.

1. I , P.Sudharshan , managing Director underwent a surgery during April 2023 and was bed ridden
for 4 months.
2. Our company was closed from August 2023 till date due to my surgery and also our company
had a financial crisis during this period.
3. Now we are repairing the stack of the boiler and will be ready in 7 days for inspection.

We obliged if you could consider the above facts and grant us another 10 days grace period for renew
our above license .
