1. What is the SWOT Analysis? Determine the basic objective of this method of
analysis.
SWOT Analysis is a system used for determining the structure of an organization
and whether it would be enough to support or provide the needs of that certain
organization as well as if it would be able to achieve the goals of the said
organization. It is also used for strategic planning to be able to create a more
competitive plan for the following events. SWOT Analysis aims to provide users a
visual representation of what may have affected the entirety of a business for
example, it also allows such room for interpretation as it welcomes different
perspective as well. Lastly, SWOT analysis is so keen that it is able to observe
elements that are supposedly creative and hand in problems that weren’t
registered in the first place (Bigelow et al., 2022).

2. Where can the SWOT Analysis be applied?

Usually companies, may be needing to use such instrument in strengthening their
strategies and such. It is also most likely that corporations with on-going operations
that are big and crucial to maybe the manufacturing of product may use it.
However, it is not limited to business and such in fact it can be used to almost
everywhere as regards to the purpose it served providing analysis with their
strengths and weaknesses and whether or not it may be affected by external and
internal factors. SWOT Analysis is actually so versatile that it could help in a lot of
processes (Nishadha, 2014).

3. How should the S-W-O-T relate to each other?

SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats these are
the 4 factors that take charge in SWOT analysis and provides ample data that a
project might need. Strengths define what the company is good at or what they
were able to offer, this is thoroughly observed to be able to see whether or not it
makes up for the Weaknesses. This determines what areas are in need of focus
and assessment it also provides information about what should be done in such
cases as the areas to be observed were identified already. Furthermore,
Opportunities that might have been overlooked or may be was in offering but was
not yet taken. As well as the possible Threats that are present. Having had the
chance to identify these 4 would allow any project to be established immediately
especially if the case was there some areas that are quite lacking.

4. What other method analysis can be used other than the SWOT Analysis?
There are actually 4 other presented tools that are said to be a good alternative to
SWOT Analysis these are SOAR, PESTEL, Five Forces, and NOISE Analysis. All
of which has specific areas to target but are focused on targeting the same thing
which was to provide a good strategy to achieve successful outcome.
