Dear Members of the Board,

We hope this letter finds you and the esteemed members of the Board of Directors, school Principal and
school heads in good health and high spirits.

The Taekwondo Club of Math Excellence Academy of Binalonan, INC. is pleased to formally present our
Letter of Intent to propose a written agreement that will serve as the foundation for our collaboration
and the management of Taekwondo training within the school premises.

Our objective is to establish a comprehensive agreement that outlines the roles, responsibilities, and
expectations of all parties involved, including the school, Principal and Board of Directors, and the
Taekwondo Club. The proposed agreement will serve as a binding document that will ensure the smooth
and productive functioning of our Taekwondo training program, as well as provide clarity on the terms
and conditions governing our relationship.

The succeeding pages of this document will delineate the specific terms and conditions that will be
included in our agreement. We believe that this formal agreement will not only benefit the school and
the Taekwondo Club but, most importantly, our students, who will have the opportunity to benefit from
the valuable skills and experiences that Taekwondo training provides.

We look forward to your feedback and input as we collaboratively work towards finalizing this
agreement. Your valuable insights and suggestions are essential in ensuring that the terms and
conditions of our agreement are aligned with the best interests of the school and its students.

Once the terms and conditions are mutually agreed upon, we will proceed with the formalization of the
agreement. We are excited about the potential that this collaboration holds for both the school and the
Taekwondo Club and believe it will enhance the overall educational experience for our students.
