submission, represent the documentation available on the 20th of
November 2023 in BIM 360 "L00 Laheq Island Wide" project.
2540 9. The final FFL ground floor levels will vary according to DMP2 V18
topography and villa location on the masterplan.
10.The South Community villas shutter removal follow the solar shading
shoebox analysis by EOC which is based on SHGCgl 0.35 glass and
+2.10 +2.10 SBC and 50 W/m2 solar maximum criteria and 0 Hour of Annual
overheating and is compliant in all the villa orientations as per the latest

masterplan DMP2 rev18. The shutter removal has not taken into
consideration the potential ‘relaxation’ of the parameters in the winter
months, which will need to be further assessed by Chapman case-by-
case and Approved by RSG based on EOC’s latest simulation data.
Once confirmed, these relaxed criteria will allow for more shutters to be
removed in all orientations. The final solar response strategy will be
issued by F+P via a separate matrix / manual once concluded.
