OBJECTIVE 1A

 Create a simple .txt file using MS-Word document. Type three- or four-lines
paragraph and then, copy one time and paste five times. Also, apply text
formatting including Font-Name, Font-Style, and Font-Size to each paragraph.
Save and print it.

1. Open Microsoft Word:


 Click on Start button and then type Word
2. Set up Document:
 Click on "Blank document" to create a new document.
3. Type the Paragraph:
 Type your desired three or four lines paragraph.
4. Apply Text Formatting:
 Highlight the text you want to format.
 To change the font, go to the "Home" tab on the ribbon.
 In the "Font" group, select the desired font name from the dropdown menu.
 To change the font style (bold, italic, underline), click on the respective buttons in
the "Font" group.
 To change the font size, select the desired font size from the dropdown menu in
the "Font" group.
5. Save the Document:
 Click on the "File" menu.
 Select "Save As."
 Choose a location to save your file.
 Enter a file name and click "Save."
6. Print the Document:
 Click on the "File" menu.
 Select "Print."
 Adjust print settings as needed (printer, number of copies, etc.).
 Click "Print" to print the document.
