Instructions and guidelines for writing your assignment

1. Organize your assignment into chapters, sections or parts.


2. Your assignment should include a table of contents at the beginning.
3. You should also include a list of all the acronyms (abbreviations) that you
have used in your assignment.
4. Use headings and subheadings and give them numbers.
5. Write your assignment using 12 font size
6. Write your assignment in double spacing
7. Justify your text. ( it can be done by selecting the whole text and then clicking
on the justify button on the main menu of Word program)
8. Make your paragraphs distinct by either by separating your paragraphs by an
extra space (i.e., block style) or by indenting each paragraph.
9. Give numbers to your pages.
10. Include an introduction and a conclusion.
11. Include a list of references which should comprise all the references cited
within text. (Use APA referencing system for both citations within text and
the list of reference).
12. Submit your work in four separate files; one for each of the three subjects
you reviewed and the fourth for your provisional proposal.
13. The one related to each of the subjects should consist of four separate
sections as illustrated in the comprehensive exam guide. Roughly, the
content of your assignment should contain the following sections:
