going as Degree Holder Nurse in the College of Nursing B.V. Hospital, Bahawalpur do hereby bond ourselves and each of us and
each of our heir, executors and administrator to pay the president of Pakistan and on demand a sum of rupee total recovery of stipend
along with allowance i.e

Whereas the above bonded trainee has been allowed by the competent authority to join the said College, to undergoing nursing education
training as a Degree Holder Nurse for 04-Years BS Nursing Program (Mandatory). It may be fixed by the competent authority for the
accomplishment of her training in according with the rules and regulations of PNC & Specialized Healthcare & Me Department, and
whereas the Government of Pakistan has agree to pay the said training a stipend including Mess and Uniform allowance during the period
of her training.
Now the condition of the above written bond & that if the above Bounded trainees.

1. She does not discontinue her nursing training earlier than four years of except for reasons of ill health duly supported by Medical
Certificate by the B.V. Hospital Bahawalpur.
2. If the trainee misbehave or misconduct during her training period, she will be governed by the rules, regulation and instructions
on the subject.
3. If so required by the Govt. She will serve for a period of four years after the completion of her nursing education/training and
one year internship in any Government Hospital in Punjab decided by the College.
4. She will not take admission in any other discipline/educational during 04-Years BS Nursing Programme, if it occurs at any stage,
false statement, bogus Certificate, Strike, Agitation, involvement in politics, undesirable activities. Her training is liable to be
terminated and she is bounded to deposit the total amount of received stipend.
THE BOND SHALL BE VALID AND EFFECT, OTHERWISE IT SHALL BIND REMAINED IN FULL FORCE AND VIRTUE.
