Code of Conduct for Employees at Lakes & Mountains

As an employee of Lakes & Mountains, located in Pali, Maharashtra, you are


expected to adhere to the following code of conduct to maintain a professional
and harmonious work environment:

1. Professionalism: Conduct yourself with professionalism at all times when


interacting with guests, fellow employees, and management. Maintain a
positive attitude and strive to provide exceptional service.

2. Respect: Treat all individuals with respect and courtesy, regardless of their
background, position, or status. Avoid discriminatory or offensive language and
behaviour.

3. Integrity: Act with honesty and integrity in all your dealings. Avoid engaging
in any form of dishonesty, including theft, fraud, or misrepresentation.

4. Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of guests, fellow


employees, and the campsite's proprietary information. Do not disclose
sensitive information to unauthorized individuals.

5. Safety: Prioritize the safety and well-being of guests and fellow employees.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

6. Responsibility: Take ownership of your responsibilities and fulfil them to the


best of your ability. Be accountable for your actions and strive for excellence in
all aspects of your work.

7. Teamwork: Foster a spirit of teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.


Support and assist your fellow employees to achieve common goals and
objectives.
8. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with guests
and fellow employees. Listen actively, express yourself clearly, and address any
concerns or issues promptly and constructively.

9. Adherence to Policies: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all campsite


policies, procedures, and guidelines. Seek clarification if you are unsure about
any policies or requirements.

10. Continuous Improvement: Embrace a mindset of continuous learning and


improvement. Seek opportunities for professional development and actively
contribute ideas for enhancing campsite operations and guest experience.

11. Prohibition of Intoxication and Alcohol: Consumption of intoxicating


substances, including alcohol, is strictly prohibited while on duty or when
guests are present.

12. Communication Protocol: Update the central team whenever leaving the
campsite premises and ensure completion of assigned tasks by updating the
WhatsApp group promptly.

Violation of this code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and


including termination of employment. By adhering to these guidelines, you
contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests
and maintain the reputation of Lakes & Mountains as a premier destination.
