CURRENT AutoShip Cancel Process

Step 1:
Account holder selects “Cancel My Subscription” on the AutoShip
Subscription Page in their account.

Step 2:
Pop Up appears asking user if they are sure they want to cancel, along
with list of benefits, and choice to either Keep or Cancel their
subscription (see below).

Step 3:
If they keep their AutoShip, they return to the prior screen. If they opt
to cancel their AutoShip, a new pop up appears with a confirmation.

Success!
Your AutoShip subscription has been cancelled.

Good to know: you can always start a new


NEW AutoShip Cancel/Skip Process

Step 1:
Account holder selects “Cancel My Subscription” on the AutoShip
Subscription Page in their account.

Step 2:
Pop Up appears asking user if they would prefer to skip this month with
a button to skip, along with list of AutoShipbenefits, and choice to
either Keep or Cancel their subscription (see below).

When you skip your shipment, you keep your


subscription active and keep all your Good
Rewards savings points.

Plus, subscription benefits including:


 Lowest prices locked in
 Free or reduced shipping
 Flexibility to change any time

Cancel My AutoShip Keep My AutoShip

Step 3:
If they select the Skip Shipment button, a new pop up appears with a
confirmation message (see below).

You’re all set!


If they keep their AutoShip, they return to the prior screen. If they opt
to cancel their AutoShip, a new pop up appears with a confirmation.

Success!
Your AutoShip subscription has been cancelled.

Good to know: you can always start a new


subscription at any time by shopping in the store.
