Important Reminders

We need the following submissions to the class teacher by Wednesday, 3 April 2024.

1. (i) The school diary that you have received has 2 copies of the Student Identity Particulars
and the Terms & Conditions page at the end which has to be duly filled in and submitted.

(ii) 4 passport size photographs in the regular school uniform.

(iii) The attached School Health card (enclosure 1).

(iv) Fill personal information required for permanent ID cards (enclosure 2).

(v) Kindly fill up the pickup/drop-off details in enclosure 3.

2. Children must carry a school bag, a water bottle, a napkin, sanitizer and the school diary to
school every day. All items that a child brings to school must be labeled with the child’s name
and class. They must carry books and note books as per the given time table from tomorrow
itself.

3. The house uniform should be worn on the days when students have their games and yoga
periods.

4. We give a short mid-morning break, so that children can have a small snack. This vegetarian
snack must be sent with your child from home in a tiffin box. Your child also needs to carry
paper/cloth napkins to use when he/she has the snack. Please ensure that you send a snack
which your child can independently manage as he/she is expected to wind up as well, on his
own. It is expected that you send some healthy options like fruit, juice, sandwich, khakhra etc.
Packaged food will not be allowed. If your child forgets his/her tiffin at home, you will not be
allowed to drop the tiffin at school and the child will miss out on his morning snack.
