*1: The default setting has the 3 types below. Select an appropriate one according to the region.
(a) Standard
The maximum skin dose for fluoroscopy is set as 5.75 R/min (= 50 mGy/min). It is for a region
where subjects tend to be thinner (coverage of 30 cm or less) and image quality has high priority.
Use this for the region where the maximum skin-dose of 10 R/min is not permitted.
(b) Bariatric
(c) The maximum skin dose for fluoroscopy is set as 10 R/min (= 86 mGy/min). Use this for the region
where the maximum skin-dose of 10 R/min is permitted and subjects tend to be thicker (coverage of
more than 30 cm).EU
It is based on DIN 6868-150. Use this for the region where dose regulation equivalent to that in
Germany is enforced.
When you use “(a) Standard” or “(b) Bariatric”, refer to M517-E648 in IQ-AM and M517-E260 in
SONIALVISION G4 Procedure Preset List. When you use “(c) EU”, refer to M517-E744 in IQ-AM and
M517-E279 in SONIALVISION G4 Procedure Preset List.
Introduction
Wiring post ASSY in standing position after the table can be tilted.
2.3.10 Wiring Post ASSY
#1 Wiring Table
1
After wiring post ASSY, mount the X-ray tube and then wire the
low-voltage cable A.
To prevent short circuit, be sure to connect the terminal of
low-voltage cable A to the X-ray tube first, and then distribute the
power.
2.3.11 Initializing AC servo monitor (Tube Support)
#1 Wiring Table #1-3 Mounting FPD MOUNT UNIT and Wiring FPD
2 (Refer to “2.6 Attaching FPD” in ZS-IM “Section 1:
INSTALLATION”)
Draw the following cables for the table into DR-EXAM Cabinet
and wire.
FAN CABLE,FPD – RELAY ASSY J107
FPD Optical Cable (CABLE,20M OPTIC) – CP2/PowerBox
FIBER
#2 Wiring Control Cabinet

CP2/PowerBox
(Refer to “3.6.2 Connecting the DR-EXAM Cabinet” in
DR-IM)
Check that procedures #1-1 for wiring table and #2-1~#2-3 for wiring
control cabinets are completed.
Checking Power After wiring the table, control cabinet and console, distribute the power
Distribution and check that there is no startup error and unusual smell.
Check the voltage at the following point:
HIGH-VOLTAGE GENERATOR CABINET TERMINAL-2002 PCB
L0,L100: 100VAC±5V
DR-EXAM CABINET TRANS ASSY 0V,100V: 100VAC±5V
Input data will be different depending on the FPD type and the
image quality adjustment. Refer to “4.7 Setting Image Quality
Adjustment Data” in IQ-AM for which data to be used.
After completing all the image quality adjustment, adjust the dose
display.
Adjusting Dose Display
(Refer to “4.24 Adjusting the Dose Display” in UD-IM
“Installation”)
Fixing ZS-200 Fix the table to the floor. Also fix all cabinets to the wall.
Attaching Covers and etc. Attach covers of the table, cable duct, zipper tube and etc.

Installation procedure of the following optional features is described in this section. Please
refer to the installation manual of each component for other optional features than below.
DSA 1.2.1
SLOT Radiography 1.2.2
Since TOMO is included by default as Standard feature, please follow the install steps
described in ‘1.2.3 TOMOS Radiography’ even TOMOS radiography option is not
installed.
1.2.1 DSA
(1) Add the following procedure for DSA. If they are already registered in the
system, then it’s not required registering same procedures again.
Refer to “10.7 Register System Procedure Tool” in DR-IM (Rev.F or later)
Procedure Name
DSA
DSA(Abd.)
DSA(XA)
DSA(Shunt)
RSM-DSA(Leg)
The Variable SLOT radiography is supported in Rev.01.05.00 or later. When the system
having the SLOT radiography option is updated to Rev.01.05.00 or later, add the
radiography conditions for the Variable SLOT according to the steps below:
(1) Peel the blindfold seal from the button for the slot radiography on the X-ray
diagnostic table front control panel.
Refer to “2.2.2 X-ray Diagnostic Table Front Control Panel” in
SONIALVISION G4 IM
(2) Add the following X-Ray condition for SLOT Radiography. If they are
already registered in the system, then it’s not required registering same
conditions again. Registered conditions are added in ‘Tab3’, then rename
‘Tab3’ to ‘SLOT’.
Refer to “3.4 Radiography Preset Editor” in UD-IM “Appendix” (Rev.E or
later)
300 SLOT HS F
301 SLOT HS L
302 SLOT HQ F
303 SLOT HQ L
(3) Add the following procedure for SLOT Radiography. If they are already
registered in the system, then it’s not required registering same procedures
again.
Refer to “10.7 Register System Procedure Tool” in DR-IM (Rev.F or later)
Procedure Name
SLOT Spine
SLOT Leg
SLOT Long
The procedure for the Variable SLOT radiography is not provided as standard
procedure. Set up procedures for the variable SLOT radiography.
Refer to 12.2.7 "Radiography Tab" in DR-300 Instruction Manual (IA) (Rev.J or
later).
The low dose and high definition Tomosynthesis is supported in Rev.01.05.00 or later.
When the system having the Tomosynthesis option is updated to Rev.01.05.00 or later,
add the radiography conditions for the low dose and high definition Tomosynthesis
according to the steps in this section:
TOMO TOMO
TOMOS L-Spine
TOMOS Knee
TOMOS Chest
TOMOS Abdomen
The procedure for the low dose and high definition Tomosynthesis is not provided as
the standard procedure. Set up procedures for the low dose and high definition
Tomosynthesis.
Refer to 12.2.7 "Radiography Tab" in DR-300 Instruction Manual (IA) (Rev.J or later).
The IR is executed in the Side Station. Install the Side Station before starting the work
in this section
Refer to 1.2.5 “Side Station” in this book.
a) Select a procedure for the IR and click [Edit]. The figure below
shows the case where the IR is applied to "TOMOS Hip Joint".
Item Value
Edge E0
SIM-Link Select the checkbox.
IR Preset Select an appropriate reconstruction preset
according to the setup protocol.
*1: When "SIM-Link" checkbox is cleared,
the IR Preset is invalid.
*2: Presets starting with "IR" is for IR.
When the EXAM cabinet does not support the Side Station, perform the work in
M517-E754 (DR-300 Service Manual (Rewiring KIT Installation Section), and then
connect the Side Station.
Images between the DR-300 and the Side Station is sent through the SIM-Link
high-speed image transfer, not the DICOM transfer. The DICOM transfer set up is
unnecessary.
Installation procedure of the SONIALVISION G4 system when connecting with Ceiling Tube
Support CH-200 and Bucky stand is described in this section.
In this connection, the emergency stop switches of ZS, CH, and Bucky Stand work
together.
Refer to Section 1.4 for installation in combination with interlocking Bucky Table.
