RESIGNATION LETTER

Please accept this letter as my formal resignation from my role as Manager Quality Control.
My last day with Shawan will be July 04, 2023 giving One Month Complete Notice..

The decision is very difficult to me to leave this organization which I served by heart
however due to some extra ordinary I have to move on for better future.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the knowledge and experience I have
gained by working here. I am very grateful for the time I have spent with the team here and
the professional relationships I've built. It's been a pleasure working, and I hope our paths
will cross again in the future.

I am thankful to this organization, my colleagues, juniors and especially Managing Director

for their Love, Respect and Unmatchable Support during my stay at Shawan
Pharmaceuticals.
