Responsible for projects (50 User); two of them classified as a largest projects in the current
period.

1- Jiji and Mulembwe Hydropower JV Project (Burundi)

2- Sfax Seawater Desalination Plant (Tunisia)
3- Rwanda Heart Center (Rwanda)
4- New Capital Power Plant Project (Egypt)
5- Assuit Combined Cycle Project (Egypt)

 Implement and coordinate all IT implementation’s processes including Initiation, planning,

executing, and closing among the IT-HQ with the projects under my responsibility.
 Responsible for OC IT Hardware and Software requirements for the four projects.
 Review and validate projects IT Requests according to the work needs and the corporate
standards.
 Prepare IT Projects Implementations, Standards, and Check lists.
 Coordinate and participate in implementation of data network, infrastructure, IP telephony,
security, communication and internet connectivity solution and follow up till the
completion of the installation and configuration phase.
 Operating and Supporting Board Rooms "Video and Audio Conference Systems".
 Follow the troubleshooting and supporting quality control and Technical standards check
list;
 Troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops, and Applications Troubleshooting and supporting
users’ problems using remote access service.
 Follow up the deliverables of projects’ IT requests with the procurement team (HQ) to
ensure Site Users’ requirements and requests are delivered in a timely manner in alignment
with the approved plan.
 Attendance between the projects according to schedule and as needed and prepare status
reports to ensure efficient and high IT services provided to the projects on a regular basis,
and inform IT Project Manager the status of each project and all developments.
 Survey all the IT requirements of the projects, to specify and propose the required reports
for submission to my IT Senior Operations Manager.
