This is to certify that Mr. Lorenzo G. Genavia and Ms. Rowena L. Garrido both
currently residing at Purok 2, Sulangan, Matnog, Sorsogon, resides within the territorial
jurisdiction of Brgy. Sulangan, Matnog, Sorsogon.

That the subject residents have requested to secure this certificate of cohabitation to
show that with the limited knowledge of the Barangay we hereby certify that the above-
mentioned residents have been living together at the aforementioned address since 1992.

This shall serve as certificate of cohabitation and for whatever legal purpose it may
serve.
