There are so many challenges to Generation Z that one of them is a pandemic.

The COVID-19
pandemic has significantly changed the workplace dynamics. With the shift to remote work and
increasing dependence on virtual communication, employees have found themselves spending
more time interacting with colleagues online. The lack of physical boundaries between work and
personal life has posed challenges inining a healthy work-life balance. Employees may feel
stressed to be always available and struggling to separate themselves from work.

Simon suggests that Generation Z may be considered the least resilient generation. This is
because of their education in the digital age where social media plays an important role in
shaping perceptions and behaviors. There are concerns about challenges that require resilience
and persistence. The shift towards a more flexible and boundless work environment has both
positive and negative implications for Generation Z. That is, struggling to set a clear boundary
between work and personal life.

There's another challenge, the growing concept of monogamy. Monogamy is the condition of
having one romantic or sexual partner at a time. Generation Z may take a more critical and
reflective approach to their romantic relationship. And they are also ready to adjust their
expectations and limits to the dynamics that evolve in the relationship. Although Generation Z
faces these challenges, they also show strength in terms of creativity, innovation, social
awareness, and leadership. Many of them are committed to improving the world and creating
positive change in various areas of life.
