2. Interest on the sum of R198 225.00 at 10.5% a tempore mora from date of

default to date of final payment;

3. Costs on the scale of attorney and client.

AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the affidavit of BRAAM GROOTBOOM

will be used in support of this application.
