Introduction:
According to Mishra and Koelher (2006), and
based on the work of Shulman (1986),
technological knowledge is an essential
requirement for a teacher or rather a guide.
Hence, living in a world where technology is
disseminating by the minute, education has been
profoundly changing. Both teachers and learners
have to reshape their strategies for a better and
enhanced learning experience.
The main goal of the
integration of ICT in
teaching:
UTILIZING TECHNOLOGY IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION
HAS THE POTENTIAL TO ENHANCE THE LEARNING
PROCESS AND OFFER VALUABLE ASSISTANCE TO
BOTH EDUCATORS AND STUDENTS. IT ALSO
PRESENTS A RANGE OF ENGAGING METHODS FOR
ACQUIRING KNOWLEDGE, INCLUDING EDUCATIONAL
VIDEOS, DATABASES, AND MIND-MAPPING TOOLS. BY
INCORPORATING INFORMATION AND
COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) INTO
TEACHING AND LEARNING, TEACHERS AND STUDENTS
CAN EFFECTIVELY NAVIGATE AND THRIVE IN AN
INTERCONNECTED DIGITAL ERA.
Benefits of using ICT for
teachers:
AT THE LEVEL OF TEACHING PRACTICES
Transitioning from the role of a prompter of
knowledge to the role of animator, facilitator, and
designer of scenarios.
Supporting and developing their work by providing
tangible digital means and resources for abstract
knowledge: leaves a stronger impact and more
depth in achieving the desired competencies.

Professional development and motivation to
engage effectively in ICT training
Contribute to the selection and production of
educational digital resources that are appropriate

MOROCCAN EDTECH ECOSYSTEM INTEGRATING ALL
COMPANIES AND STARTUPS USING NEW TECHNOLOGIES TO
TRANSFORM EDUCATION AND TRAINING (MOOC
EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, MARKETPLACES FOR PRIVATE
TEACHERS, SPECIALIZED TRAINING OR EDUCATIONAL AND
RECREATIONAL APPLICATIONS), AND ACHIEVE THE DIGITAL
CONNECTION OF ALL PUBLIC SCHOOLS.” (THE NEW

ACCESS AND ICT INFRASTRUCTURE.
4.TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: THEY
PLACE A HIGH PRIORITY ON TRAINING TEACHERS ICT
SKILS TO SUCCESSFULLY INCORPORATE TECHNOLOGY
INTO THE CLASSROOM.

5. DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP AND ONLINE SAFETY: THEY

ENCOURAGE APPROPRIATE ONLINE CONDUCT AND
