Erna: Welcome everyone to our Volunteers’ Orientation.

Introduce self.

Janina: Greet too, welcome & introduce self.

Erna: We hope you were able to serve yourself sa aming pa coffee & kakanin
lalo na sa maagang andito. Excited sila mag serve at magse serve with us this
year!

Thank you for your heart to serve and for coming today para ma-equip
on how we can serve through our volunteer ministries.

Janina: Isang mabilisang roll call nga po tayo per ministry. Can you raise your
hand if nag-volunteer po kayo sa Admin Support Ministry natin? (Show:
ministry icon) Palakpakan naman po natin ang ating mga volunteers na excited to
help sa registration natin!

Erna: Siyempre tawagin naman natin ang mga volunteers na enjoy mag mix, mag
ayos ng audio, mag-video and photography, mag edit, visual graphic artists at
mag-livestream. Raise your hands sa mga nag-join sa Technical Support &

Janina: They are always on the go to respond during health concerns, raise

Erna: Last but not the least, let's call those who love to dance and act from the

Janina: Wow! Praise God for your willingness to be used by God as you
serve sa ating mga volunteer ministries.

Erna: At siyempre gusto din natin mag-thank you sa ating mga volunteer team
leaders & Ministry Heads na excited i-welcome at mag-journey with you as you

 Some pointers:
• Introduce the ministry and what service we provide as we honor God and make
disciples.
• Quickly explain the value and share biblical perspectives and principles.
• How they can serve and what are the expectations (e.g. schedule, call
time, audition, observe) c/o Volunteer Ministry Coordinator
• Note that they will still observe and remember it’s more caught than taught.

• Give time for the ministry representatives (i.e team leaders) to connect with them
too and welcome to the team. Group them according to their preferred schedule
(e.g. 11 AM — 1st & 3rd, 2 PM - 2nd & 4th)
• Connect them to a small group. (i.e. Bring Get Connected sign up cards too)
• Collect information sheets.
• Pray & Group Photo.
