After the scoring, I just had to
do the norming since it was
only half day during that time
We had to encode the final
test results and sort it by
strands so we can give them
out to the applicants
I went ahead and still helped
our psychometrician in test
scoring
This was the last time I
helped our psychometrician
since she had already hired
her own assistant and her
workload was lessened
This was in relation to the
grade 3 students who would
have a hard time catching up
regarding their academics.
We did have to bring to them
a sort of survey to assess in
what level does their studying
help them get good grades
and from that, we'll try to see
their areas for improvement
and how they can work better
in the future
Grade 8 students are actually
more mature than the grade 3
and can easily understand
the importance of putting
effort into your school. With
that, their answers were
actually more easy to
understand since they are
aware that there are areas in
their school where they are
lacking
Career Month Culminating I attended the closing event
Event & attended a for the career month and
symposium Transitioning to heard inspiring lessons from
Professional Life (CDC) the speakers and after that,
also attended the symposium
for professional life so as to
prepare ourselves regarding
our career
