CONSEQUENCE MANAGEMENT FOR OFFICERS & ASSOCIATES DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE OF

MANDATORY PROTOCOLS OF COVID-19

In order to prevent the chain of transmission of COVID-19 to minimize morbidity and ensure business continuity, it is expected that
employees strictly comply with mandatory protocols of COVID-19, issued by the Management from time to time, for preventing spread
of COVID-19 at the workplace.

It has been noticed that some employees are not adhering to the guidelines issued by the Management. This is a matter of concern.

Accordingly, with effect from 1st June 2020, a new consequence management system for COVID-19 safety violators is being introduced,
which will be applicable to all Officers and Non-officers in the organization.

Following non-compliance to mandatory protocols of COVID-19 shall be covered under this system:
1) PPEs & Personal Hygiene
 Mandatorily wear face mask while coming to and going from office and in office and ensure regular hand wash.
 Face Mask shall be removed while eating or drinking water, tea, coffee etc.
 It will not be mandatory for an individual to wear a face mask if s/he is working in an isolated environment or in his/her office
when s/he is alone.
 No spitting in dustbins, on roads or anywhere in the workplace. In case of emergency the employee may spit in wash basin
with proper flushing.

2) Social Distancing
 A person has to maintain a minimum 6 feet distance with another person at the workplace and follow floor marking wherever
provided in the work area.
 To follow social distancing norm on two / four-wheeler while coming to /going from /travelling inside the company premises.
In case of four wheelers, only one person is allowed on the back-seat other than the driver (diagonally opposite to the driver
seat). Wearing Face mask is mandatory. In case of 2 wheelers, no pillion rider is allowed. Wearing Face mask is mandatory.
 Group lunch to be avoided.
 Loitering and crowding in corridors/common areas to be avoided and people should maintain a distance.

3) Self-Declaration:
 Every employee must mandatorily fill the required details in the Self-declaration form (Hard/Soft) as provided by ISWPL at
standard interval. Should provide accurate information to the best of his/her knowledge.
 Any health-related information (for self or any family member) to be intimated on a real time basis to its reporting line
manager or Company’s Medical Officer directly.
 In case of travel of self/family member, guidelines issued from time to time must be followed.

Third violation (within one year) The suspension will be revoked if the person does not commit any violation of
mandatory protocols of COVID-19 for 1 year from the date of 3rd violation.
Fourth violation (within one year) a) Two (2) day suspension
Fifth & more violation (within one year) a) Three (3) day suspension
Note: In case of 4th or more violations under non-compliance to mandatory protocols of COVID-19, suspension will not
be revoked in any case.

Note: For non-compliance of mandatory protocols of COVID-19 violations mentioned above CCTV footage or COVID -19 violation slip
issued to the employee shall be used as evidence. A team appointed by the Apex Safety Committee shall have the authority to
identify/verify in case of any controversy reported.

All concerned are requested to give wide publicity of the above consequence management system so that employees strictly comply
with the mandatory protocols of COVID-19 and demonstrate their commitment to prevent the chain of transmission of COVID-19 to
minimize morbidity and ensure business continuity.

The circular will be reviewed after one year or till further notice from the date of implementation.
