Established in 2013, Ramana Property is a privately owned property
development company based in Penang, offering a diverse range of
property development activities from initial conception through practical
completion.

We organise and plan for an acquisition, development and


subsequent sale of new properties thorough extensive research and
analysis. We research land opportunities and evaluate the feasibility of a
project, and work out the best use for a land that can unlocked significant
value.

The directors of Ramana, Mr. Choong and Mr. Tan, are intimately
involved in all stages of their projects. From land acquisition, concept
design, planning, sales and marketing, construction, financing and
handover. Ramana actively seeks joint venture partnership with land
owners who wish to leverage off our expertise and proven track record.

Car Park Lot
There are 44 car parking lot that are still available. RM100 will be charged
for each parking lot monthly.

There will be charges of car park fee per entry. It is applicable for all cars
and motorcycle only.

Terms and Condition


1. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS
The Tenant shall at all times observe and comply with the rules and
regulations issued and imposed by the Management Body of the Demised
Premised (as from time to time published, varied, added to amended or
deleted as the case maybe relating to the management, care and use of
the Demised Premises and the conduct of the Tenant as contained
therein (hereinafter called "the Rules and Regulations") provided always
that no variation, addition or amendment thereof shall be inconsistent
with the rights of the Tenant. The Tenant further agree to indemnify the
Landlord in respect of any loss or penalty imposed by the Management
Body due to the incompliance of the Rules and Regulations by the Tenant.

2. RISK
It is agreed between the Landlord and the Tenant that the Tenant shall at
all times and at his own cost and expenses purchase and secure an
insurance coverage against fire, flood or whatever damages caused to the
stock or goods or furniture kept in the Demised Premises. The Landlord
shall not in anyway be liable or responsible for damages caused to any
stock goods or furniture kept by the Tenant in the Demised Premises.

3. TERMINATION OF TENANCY
Should the Tenant or the Landlord wish to terminate the Agreement and
the tenancy prematurely, a notice in writing must be given by the party
intending to terminate to the other party six (6) months in advance or six
(6) months rental in lieu thereof.

4. NO ASSIGNMENT OF BUSINESS WITHOUT CONSENT


The Tenant hereby agrees that the Tenant shall not during the term of
this Tenancy, sell, assign or transfer its business carried out on the
Demised Premises to any other third party without the prior written
consent of the Landlord.
