Dear Mr. Mula,

Please accept this letter as formal notification that I am resigning from my position as a staff
nurse at St. Luke's Medical Center-Global City Medical Ward Unit, effective January 30, 2030.
I am deeply grateful for the invaluable opportunities for professional growth and development I've
experienced during my time here. The chance to work alongside such compassionate and skilled
colleagues, under your guidance, has truly shaped my nursing practice. I will forever cherish the
knowledge and skills I have acquired from all of you.

After much introspection, I've realized my career goals have evolved towards medical-surgical nursing, a

passion and apply my skills in a dynamic environment.
I have accepted a position at another company. This new path will allow me to explore medical-surgical
nursing which I'm incredibly passionate about and believe will challenge me in exciting ways.
I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition during my final weeks. I am happy to provide training to
my replacement, document procedures, and offer handover sessions to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Please let me know any additional formalities required in the resignation process.

Thank you again for everything. I wish you and the hospital continued success in the future.

Sincerely,
Sweetie F. Gargar, RN

Theo James, RN, MSN
Head Nurse
Mount Sinai Hospital
600 University Ave, Toronto, ON M5G 1X5, Canada

Dear Mr. James,

I am writing to express my keen interest in the Registered Nurse position advertised on
magazine.net. As a recent graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at St. Paul University
Dumaguete, I possess a well-rounded academic foundation, relevant clinical experience, and personal
qualities that align perfectly with your requirements and Mount Sinai Hospital's renowned nursing
excellence.
Through my university, I had the opportunity to gain clinical practice experience in the Philippines at
Allied Care Experts (ACE) Dumaguete Doctors, Inc, Holy Child Hospital in Dumaguete, and Perpetual
Succour Hospital in Cebu City. These exposed me to diverse patient populations in dynamic settings
including the Oncologic Department where I provided compassionate care to cancer patients and their
families, assisting with medication administration, chemotherapy preparation, and emotional support. I
also gained valuable experience in fast-paced environments like the Emergency Department, OR
Department, Medical Intensive Care Unit, and Medical Ward Unit where I developed strong critical
thinking under pressure and made a positive impact to quite a few patients and their families.
Mount Sinai Hospital's Magnet designation deeply resonates with my values and professional aspirations.
Your commitment to relationship-centered care and excellence inspires me, and I believe my dedication to
compassionate patient care and collaborative teamwork would make me a valuable addition to your
nursing team.
I am confident that my training, dedication, and hands-on experience with diverse patient populations
make me an ideal candidate for this position. I am eager to learn and contribute to your team's success at
Mount Sinai Hospital.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to meeting you in person to discuss my
qualifications further. You may reach me by phone at +639631716559 or via email at

Sincerely,

Sweetie F. Gargar, RN
