Throughout our lives, we encounter individuals who leave an indelible mark on our personal and
professional development. For me, Ma'am Zaira, my science teacher, has been a guiding force and
mentor who has profoundly influenced my journey. Her wisdom, advice, and unwavering support
have played a pivotal role in shaping my personal and professional competencies.

As a science teacher, Ma'am Zaira has always emphasized the importance of being strict with
students. She firmly believes that discipline is the cornerstone of effective learning and academic
excellence. Through her guidance, I have learned the significance of setting clear expectations,
maintaining order in the classroom, and fostering a conducive learning environment. Her advice to
be strict but fair has instilled in me a sense of responsibility and accountability, both as a student
and in my future professional endeavors.

Moreover, Ma'am Zaira has consistently encouraged me to enjoy teaching, recognizing it as a noble
