1. ISSUE THAT CAUSED THE COMPLAINT:

Changing the product’s detail page to become fundamentally different from the original product listed

My product Face Mask (ASIN B000000000, B11111111) listing has been at risk because of listing
copyright infringement on detail page. We have thoroughly studied Amazon policy, ‘’Condition
Guidelines’’, ‘‘Amazon intellectual property policy’’, and ‘‘Product detail page rules’’. We would like to
confirm we are in full compliance with Amazon Policies and this cancellation has been done due to some
copyrights.

LISTING: Is the product is accurately described on amazon? Have you insured that there is no ambiguity
and copy write issue?
Yes our product listing completely optimized on amazon. Like title, image, description, bullet point,
everything is accurate as per actual product. And we are completely insure that no any doubt or issue
related to our product listing. We have complete guidelines for our all respected customers. We revised
the whole content and images to escape from intellectual property claim for all Asins. We reshoot the
product images and added brand logo on it so that no one can copy our images and also this apply on
us, not use any source from others.
Also our product packaging is good and original and our brand logo is affixed on it.

Yes we take all necessary steps for better listing quality and original content to safe from any copyright
issue. And they verified and insure that we will not facing any quality issue in future. So we have taken
all necessary steps for future.

The step we taken:


We are completely removed that ASIN not selling more. I have been attached the screenshot of close
listing.

What was the root cause that led to the issue?


• We may not change the product’s detail page to become different from the original
product listed.
• Our listing not Comply with Amazon listing standards
• The product detail pages not assist the customer in understanding the product
• Got the warning on 17 April but unfortunately unable to resolve timely

What actions will you take to resolve the issue?


• My product Face Mask, listing has been at risk because of listing copyright infringement on
detail page.
• We have thoroughly studied Amazon policy, ‘’Condition Guidelines’’, ‘‘Amazon intellectual
property policy’’, and ‘‘Product detail page rules’’. We would like to confirm we are in full
compliance with Amazon Policies and this cancellation has been done due to some copyrights.
• We revised the content so that customer no get confuse about the quality of product we are
selling

What steps will you take to prevent future issues?


The deactivations can be the result of a combination of issues like copyright and not following
the product page rules.

For future step we taken:

• We will take care all rules and regulations take into account
• We revised the whole content and images
• All claiming points is removed and will take care for it for whole store
• We will fully follow the amazon guideline for all Asins and store
• We will resolve the issue in timely manner in order to keep safe our account health
