Sustantivos

Plural nouns / sustantivos plurales = le agregamos una “S” al sustantivo

Example:
Hause – hauses
car – cars

Exeptions / exepciones

1. Palabras terminadas en consonante “Y” = cambiamos la “Y” por una “I” y agregamos la
“ES”: “ies”
ex:
Party = Parties

2. Palabras terminadas en vocal “Y” = solo agregamos la “S”


ex:
Boy = Boys

3. Palabras que terminan en “s”, “ss”, “sh”, “ch”, “x”, “o”= añadimos “es”
ex:
Bus = Buses
Tomato = Tomatoes
Watch = watches

4. Palabras que terminan en “f” o “fe” = cambiamos la “f” o “fe” por “ves”
ex:
Leaf = Leaves
Wife = Wives
Irregular Plural Nouns / sustantivos plurales irregulares

Existen 2 casos:

1. El sustantivo no cambia cuando lo decimos en plural.


ex:
Fish = fish / no fishes
Sheep = sheep / no sheeps

2. El sustantivo cambia completamente su estructura de singular a plural


ex:
