Sub: An application seeking justice against forgery and unlawful occupation.

Respected Sir,

1. My name is Rupashree and am a resident of Deoghar. In 2018 Minu Singh a

resident of Patna who is also the director of Mount Carmel High School gave me

an offer to take my residence on lease for which I agreed and thus executed a

lease agreement. After two months of tenancy sighting space constraint as a

reason she asked me to lease out my school which was bigger and more suitable

for her institution. So I further agreed for the lease and gave the possession of my

school to her after taking a security deposit.

2. After gaining the possession even after repeated request to execute a fresh lease

agreement she failed to sign a lease deed and has left no stone unturned to

unlawfully usurp my school.

3. Firstly she tried to lure the Raiyaat of my school to create false land documents

in her favor and also provoked them against me as a result they extorted a sum of

Rupees 5 Lakh from me. Against which I filed a police complaint on 09/06/21

and a FIR 298/21 was registered but unfortunately even after submitting

documentary evidences the said FIR was closed and a counter FIR 461/22 was

registered against me and my brother for which again I have submitted

documentary evidences proving that it’s filed in vengeance and is false. When I

enquired about these things with Minu Singh she completely denied and claimed

to have no involvement with the raiyaat.

4. I repeatedly asked her to execute a lease deed but she for one reason or the other

prolonged the execution. She convinced me that there was no fraud or cheating

on her part and the delay was completely circumstantial. She being a widow and

an old aged women I trusted her. In between 2018 to 2021 I lost my father and

brother because of which I was completely devastated taking advantage of which

Minu Singh has hatched these conspiracies to unlawfully usurp my school.

5. On 28/06/23 one of my staff who resided in the school informed me that Minu

Singh has started unlawful construction in the school and has also threatened to

demolish the existing infrastructures built by me. Now I knew that she has

cheated me and has committed fraud. So on 28/06/23 I filed a police complaint

against her unlawful possession and threat but unfortunately no action has been

taken in furtherance of my complaint.

6. After the said incident I sent her a legal notice on 30/06/23 in reply of which she

sent me a notice dated 26/07/23 in which she claimed that I had sold her my

school in 2018 and that I have no claim over my own school. In support of which

she has created multiple forged documents with my false signatures. It was this

notice from which I came to know that she has created such forged documents. It

is these documents which she has falsely created to raise illegal claim over my

school.

7. Sir I have lost all faith in the system as I didn’t get any help in the last five years

instead I am coerced to fight false cases filed against me or other family

members. Now as a last resort I am writing you this letter seeking all possible

help to regain the possession of my school. As an honest law abiding citizen I am

ready to follow any directions issued by your good self.
