APPLICATION FOR MM2H(WEST MALAYSIA)

Before applying, please indicate which financial Requirements/Criteria that you wish to use:

i. For Below 50 years old: Show over RM500,000.00 cash in bank (Current Account) and show over
RM10,000.00 monthly income and agree to place RM300,000.00 Fixed Deposit in any bank/financial
institution in Malaysia

ii. For 50 and above: Show over RM350,000.00 cash in bank (Current Account) and RM10,000.00 monthly
income and agree to place RM150,000.00 Fixed Deposit in any bank/financial institution in Malaysia. For
retired applicants, they are required to show proof of receiving pension from government approved funds of
RM10,000.00 per month.

iii. All ages: Own RM1million and above property in Malaysia and agree to place RM150,000.00(for below
50 years old) or RM100,000.00 (for 50 years old and above) Fixed Deposit in any bank/financial institution
in Malaysia (property must have been fully paid and ownership documents such as grant and land title have
already been issued

*Please download all the files in the folder before you proceed with the steps below. Please make sure the
areas marked are filled in and signed.

* Please note that Sponsor must be the Director of the MM2H Licensed Agent only.

Step 1: Submission of Application

1. MM2H forms (Download)

2. Letter of Application (Download)

3. Resume/CV of applicant, which include the following information: Academic Qualification, Working
experience, skills or expertise acquired

4. Certified copy of Passport (all pages) Note: Copy of the previous passport is required if applicant has
renewed passport within the last 12 months

5. Four (4) Coloured passport sized photographs (3.5 x 5.0cm)

6. Certified copy of Marriage Certificate (if accompanied by spouse) and;

Certified copy of Birth Certificate/legal documents ( if accompanied by children/adopted children/step


children/parents
* For applicants with children nearing the age 21 , they must submit their applications at least 6 months
before their children reaches the age of 21.

7. Original and Certified copy(s) of latest 3 months Current Account Bank statement with each
month’s credit balance according to the financial requirements/criteria that you wish to use or other
related financial document(s) to indicate the financial capability to support stay in Malaysia (To be
provided by applicant)

8. For applicants applying under criteria (iii), please provide: Certified copy of Sale and Purchase
agreement, Certified copy of payment made for the property and Certified copy of Land
Title/Title Deed(if applicable) (To be provided by applicant)

*all copies must be certified TRUE COPIES OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS by EMBASSY/HIGH


COMMISSION/SOLICITOR/JUSTICE OF PEACE/NOTARY PUBLIC/COMMISIONER FOR OATHS (we can
get this done in Malaysia for RM10/page)

Kindly return back to us all the documents listed above (No. 1 to No 7) for the purpose of submission.

Step 2:

Letter of conditional approval issued by Immigration Department

Step 3:

Applicant arrives in Malaysia

Step 4:

Submit these supplementary documents (Certified copy) to us for the purpose of submission to the
Immigration Department

1. FD certificate: open a fixed deposit account with any bank/financial institution in Malaysia
2. Letter of Good Conduct (police report from country of residence). This has to be done within 6
months after issuance of the Letter of Conditional Approval.
3. Medical Certificate: possess a valid medical insurance in Malaysia for under 60 years old
4. Medical report: Medical checkup done in private hospital/registered clinic in Malaysia

*we will assist you in obtaining the requirements for no 1, 3, 4

Step 5

1. Pay MM2H Visa fees (please note that the duration of the pass is based on your passport validity. Upon
renewal of your passport, you may extend your MM2H visa accordingly)
