Leave Rules

1. Total Leaves : 12 CL+12 PL

2. Probation : No leave can be availed but leave accrue for use after

probation period.
3. C/LP.II. : Max. 1 (More than 1 will be leave without pay).
4. P/LP.A. : Max. Twice in a year with prior approval at least 15

days in advance.
5. Encashment : With Final Settlement & proper clearance.
6. Leave Year : 1st Jan to 31st Dec.
7. LWP/LE : @ 1.25 Times the normal rate Enchased / Deducted.
8. Sunday Paid : To be included in the leaves if falling in holidays
between.
9. Leave Credit : @ 2.00 leaves per month or prorata.
10. Paid Holidays : Same as Clients rules.
