Math Approach
Children possess a natural ability to
organize and quantify their experiences.
Montessori Math employs a hands-on,
concrete-to-abstract approach, beginning
with sensorial exploration, then
progressing to measuring and counting,
and finally to mathematical abstractions.
A foundation of order, sequence, and
sensory awareness is necessary for
successful mathematical abstraction.

Language Approach
Writing: To be able to isolate
sounds/letters and give them
meaning.
Reading: Focus on the sounds the
letters make and not their names.
Parts of Speech: (Grammar): This
helps the child understand the
central parts of sentences visually
and interestingly.
