OBSERVATION NOTES FORM

OBSERVER: ELEAZAR Q. BOQUIL DATE: FEBRUARY 31, 2024

TEACHER OBSERVED: MARK KELINE A. PED TIME STARTED: 3:00

SUBJECT & GRADE LEVEL TAUGHT: MATH GRADE 10 TIME ENDED: 4:00

OBSERVATION: 1 □ 2 □ 3 □/ 4 □
DIRECTIONS FOR THE OBSERVERS:
Write your observations on the teacher's classroom performance on the space provided. Use additional sheets whenever
necessary.

The teacher delivers the lesson on circles and related terms using 4As. She has an objective for
each of the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains. Also, she uses tangible aids to illustrate
circle and related terms and to compare and differentiate the terms involved in the discussion.
Individual and group activities are also used in the discussion.
The teacher starts the discussion proper with an activity called “Bring Me” that requires learners to
bring to her the specific circular objects that can be seen around the classroom. During the activity,
she finds learners who hesitated to participate in the activity.
Instead of not minding the indifferent learners, the teacher immediately approaches them,
assesses their needs, and encourages them to participate in the activity.
The teacher continues to be mindful of the maximum participation of the learners all throughout
her discussion. All the objectives are accomplished.
Moreover, the teacher gives an assignment that is an “advance reading” instead of an assignment
classified as: remediation, reinforcement, and enrichment.
