Brought to you by Main Street Delaware and Hiram Masonic Lodge Line up 1:30 at Mingo Park Parade vehicles only in line-up area Park extra vehicles in pool parking lot or outside of Mingo Park NEW! Parade ends at Park Ave. - Turn left into OWU and go past Edwards Gym to Branch Rickey parking lot. Pick-up parking at Branch Rickey and Selby Stadium. No Santa or Mrs. Claus characters - They appear in the final entry only Candy and gifts can be handed out by walkers, not thrown from floats Motor vehicle operators must have proof of insurance Three best of show awards based on Creativity, Best Use of Theme, and Childrens Participation Return or fax forms by November 18th to:
