RULES & REGULATIONS OF HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL OF INDIA (EHRCI)

1. The Members & Officers of Human Rights Council of India (EHRCI) are working on voluntary basis and
no salary is given tothem.
2. Membership is non-transferable and once the payment is made, it is non-refundable. If you have
any doubts,questions or problems, please contact Human Rights Council of India’s Head Office. All
rights are reserved to Human Rights Council of India (EHRCI).
3. Strict action / Legal action will be taken against the member or officer, if found guilty following
the Rules &Regulations of Human Rights Council of India (EHRCI).
4. All the members of Human Rights Council of India have to get in touch with their Area / State Head
and report allthe works done under the banner of Human Rights Council of India (EHRCI).
5. All the activities of Human Rights Council of India (EHRCI) are a team work, the
subordinates have to follow theinstructions of the seniors.
6. Members / Officers can’t misuse the Identity Card, if it is done strict action will be taken as per law.
7. In case of loss of the Identity Card, inform the Head Office in writing along with the copy of FIR
immediately.
8. In case of change of address, Member / Officer should inform the same to the Head Office of Human
Rights Council of India (EHRCI).
9. Human Rights Council of India (EHRCI) will not be responsible for any misuse of the Identity Card
issued to the Member / Officer during the course of their Membership with Human Rights Council of
India (EHRCI).
10. On expiry, the Identity Card must be submitted to the Head Office. After expiry, renewal is a
must for theMembers & Officers.
11. Any kind of misbehavior or misconduct may result rejection of membership of Human Rights Council of
India (EHRCI).

and nothing has been concealed or suppressed there of if anything found incorrect at any stage, my membership
may be terminated.

of Our Nation, Society, Journalism.
