Isang Pagbati ng Serbisyong May Ngiti!

The Taytay Youth Development Office, together with the Department of Interior and Local
Government (DILG) of Taytay and in partnership with the National Youth Commission (NYC), is
entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the Mandatory Training program for any SK
Official and any member of the LYDC, whether elected or appointed.

In accordance with the Section 31 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of
Republic Act (RA) No. 10742 as amended by RA No. 11768, for the purpose of emphasizing the
role of the youth in nation-building and molding them to become better citizens with the values
of patriotism, nationalism, and honor as a Filipino, any SK official, whether elected or
appointed or any member of the LYDC must undergo the mandatory training programs before
she/he can assume office. Furthermore, during the incumbency of the elected officials, they
must attend the continuing training programs to be undertaken by the Commission in
coordination with the DILG. Deliberate failure to attend said training programs shall constitute
sufficient ground to disqualify said SK official or LYDC member or subject them to disciplinary
actions.

This letter is issued to address disqualification of your organization for your non-appearance to
the Sangguniang Kabataan Mandatory Training (SKMT) held last January 25, 2024 at the
Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall – New Taytay Municipal Building Don Hilario Cruz Avenue.

Please be assured that this decision was made after careful consideration and in accordance
with the established guidelines. While the office regrets having to convey this notice, the
undersigned remain committed to upholding the integrity and fairness of the mandates and
electoral or appointment process. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this
matter, and I encourage you to continue contributing to our community in other capacities.
