TSASHS COMPUTER LABORATORY

I. PRELIMINARY

A. Prayer

Opening prayer was led by Florife Narag, Science Club Adviser, before the official start of the
meeting.

B. Determination of the Quorom

All of the Science Club Officers were present, a quorom was declared.

Chanda T. Tumolva, Science Club Adviser, called this meeting to order at 9:30 A.M.

III. PRESENTATION OF THE AGENDA

Florife Narag, Science Club Adviser, presented to the group the agenda .

Conduct of different games and activities

Florife Narag, requested to move immediately to the business proper of the meeting since important
matters were mentioned in the prepared agenda.

IV. BUSINESS PROPER

1. To discuss the TSASHS Science Month

2. To deliberate the activites and games to be included in Global Warming and Climate Change
consciousness week, Zero waste month and culminating activities.

V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Motion: To approve the Science Club meeting together with the Club Advisers about the Science
Month Activity (SY 2022-2023)
Vote: Uanimous approval
Resolved: The minutes of October 4 meeting are approved as corrected and entered into the
school’s record.

NOVEMBER 11, 2022 AT ALBANO BUILDING ROOM

Since MAJORITY of the Science and Yes-o officers were present a quorum was declared
(attendance sheet attached herewith).

III. PRESENTATION OF THE AGENDA:

supported. As a result, the members approved the meetings agenda.

Agendum 1: Plans for Upcoming Activities
Florife Narag reiterated that based on the Action plan that the main event should be done for the
morth of November 26, the celebration of National Day for Youth in Climate Change Action Kick off
Activities. The said event was carefully planned for how these event wil be conducted.

Activities for the whole week (November 21-25, 2022)
I November 21, 2022 (MONDAY)
- To inform the adviser and students for the activity on Mobile Photography with their OWN Caption
and with a #

to be Evaluate the Top 5 best Output.
The choosen best output will be post on the TSASHS Facebook Page to be able other students and
youths to make a reaction and sharing to support the Campaign for the Youth in Climate Action -
#NowPH.
II November 22, 2022 (TUESDAY) Essay
Writing Contest and Quiz Bee with the Topic: Global Warming and Climate Change. The venue of
the Activity will be on Albano Building/TVL Room at 8:00 AM. To be facilitate by the Science
Officers.

III November 23, 2022( WEDNESDAY)
Digital Poster Making. Topic: Global Warming and Climate Change. They will Prepare their own
materials and the venue of the Activity will be on Albano Building/
TVL Room at 8:00 AM. To be facilitate by the Science Officers.

-The evaluation for the Top 5 Best Ouput for the most reacted and sharing of Mobile Photography
with Caption and #

V November 25, 2022 (FRIDAY)
- Conducting a short program for Awarding of Certificates and Winners per Category. The venue will
be on Tumauini National High School Gymnasium at 8:00 AM SYMBO CARD GAMES will be
conduct during their time on Science Subject and Practical Research 2 for Grade 12 and Vacant
time for Grade 11 Students this will be facilitate by the Science Teachers and Science Club Officers.
