Tasks Deadline
Service:
1. Recruitment of electricians.
15 Days
The home-to-home service of the business is only limited and adding
electricians can help the business to accept more customers far from
the radius of the business.

2. Replacement of old equipment and buying new and better tools.


The equipment is beneficial for electricians to carry out their job. 7 Days
Furthermore, replacing old tools and equipment boosts their
efficiency.

3. Allowing online payment through GCash. 3-5 Days


Since Tumauini is slowly progressing, some customers prefer paying
online and carry less cash in their pocket. Allowing the customers to
pay online brings conveniency to them and also to the business.

4. Improve customer satisfaction.


This plan includes providing a comfortable environment while the 30 Days
electrician repairs their vehicle. Through this consideration, the
business may gain loyalty from their customers. Furthermore, adding
source of entertainment like television is beneficial for customers
who came with their kid/s.

Merchandising:

1. Form a contract with more suppliers.
Aside from servicing, the business also sells components of vehicles.
Contacting suppliers and forming a contract to supply the business
with components can raise profits. This could allow customers to
visit the business to buy components than order online.

2. Offer discounts to customers that also seeks service. 30 Days


Customers who mostly buy components are customers who also
come to have their vehicle repaired. Offering them discounts, the
business will not just gain satisfaction but, also loyalty from them.
3. Create a page in an online platform. 3-5 Days
The business should utilize the internet and consider boosting it
through posting available components of vehicles so that those
people in Tumauini can visit the page and place an order.

4. Improve security. 20 Days


Installing CCTV cameras ensures the safety of customers while they
have vehicle fixed. This can ease their mind and put more trust to the
business.
