Recruitment and Selection Analyst
Responsabilities and main acomplishments:
Worked in the management of selective processes of internship programs for large companies
such as: Banco Itaú, Casa da Moeda do Brasil, White Martins, Merk, BNDES, Eletrobras, Inmetro,
among others.
Performed activities covering all phases of the selection process, such as: alignment of the
technical and behavioral profile of the intern, directly with the client , vacancy announcements in
various social media, using of an internal system and participating in internship fairs in the main
universities, Screening of resumes, calling for candidates, individual and collective interviews,
conducting group dynamics, applying psychological tests, drawing up reports and giving
feedback to candidates.
Have worked constantly with high volume selective processes. The average per month was 300
interviews. I Have achieved all the defined SLAs, and as a result, contributed to the maintenance
of the contracts that were under my responsibility and I also was recognized for the quality of
the candidates forwarded.
Performed selective processes in several cities in the State of Rio de Janeiro. Partnered with
other CIEE-Rio units to align the flow of selective processes and coordinated at a distance, some
processes carried out in the units of other Brazilian states.
Provided technical assistance to the commercial area, participating in meetings with clients in
order to present and clarify the tools used in each proposal for the selection of interns,
contributing to the sale of new contracts.
Presented reports of information about the selective processes performed, reporting monthly to
the Supervision of selective processes.
