Good morning teacher and friends, today group 1 consisting of 5 members will present

on the topic kimono. Before entering the group presentation, let's warm up with a few
questions.
Now, we will learn about some types of kimonos and how to wear them.

Kimono is a type of traditional Japanese clothing and has many classifications based on various factors
such as style, intended use, season, and material care. Below are some common types of kimono:

- Furisode (FuriT)
- Shiromaku
- Tomesode
- Homongi
- Yukata
- Komon
- Iromuji
- Mofuku
- Junihitoe
- Uchikake

How to wear

Kimono is the traditional clothing of the land of the rising sun. How to wear kimono properly to get
the perfect look? Let's find out together!

Step 1 Before putting on a kimono:

- Natural makeup.

- High bun revealing the neck.

- Wearing tabi socks and putting on undergarments (the right side of the garment overlaps the left
side).

Step 2: Wearing the kimono, with the left flap over the right.

Step 3 : - Release any excess fabric after adjusting the length, smooth out any wrinkles.
- Pull the collar back a bit to reveal a portion of the neck.

Step 4 Fix with Date Jime strap to cover the strap inside.

Step 5 Place an Obi-ita board at the waist before wrapping and tying the Obi to create a smooth and
beautiful flat shape.

Step 6: tie the Obi behind your back. There are many ways to tie it depending on each person's
preference.

Step 7 & 8 : Steps 7 and 8 are steps to adjust Obi to become more beautiful
