1 DEFINITION
Interface Transaction merupakan transaksi yang terbentuk dari adanya transaksi dari sistem
diluar Odoo. Seluruh transaksi yang terjadi diluar Odoo ordernya akan dicatat di Odoo. Dan
secara otomatis membuat data Project.

2 DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
Trimitrasis Sistem Solusindo membutuhkan proses integrasi antara sistem Salesforce dan Odoo.
Sehingga pada akhirnya nanti akan mempermudah proses monitoring Project.

3 DESCRIPTION OF TO BE DESIGN

Interface Transaction di Trimitrasis ialah integrasi transaksi antara Salesforce dan Odoo.

3.2 Process Flow

3.2.1 Salesforce to Odoo

Keterangan:
1. Order di odoo akan terbuat secara otomatis berdasarkan data yang dikirimkan dari
Salesforce.
2. Kemudian istem akan otomatis melakukan pengecekan. Apakah itu adalah product
service?
3. Jika itu adalah product service, maka akan otomatis membuat data Project. Jika
bukan service, Team finance bisa membuat Invoice langsung.
4. Selanjutnya Team Finance akan update Milestone untuk SO Project tersebut.
5. Setelah menentukan milestone, Selanjutnya Team Finance akan generate data
Project.
6. Jika Project sudah ada BAST dari milestone Project, maka Team finance bisa
membuat invoice berdasarkan BAST tersebut.
