Procedure
1. This will be the dismissal procedure until the end of June 2022.
2. Students’ name to be dismiss will be updated through the update system
which was developed by Mr. Christian and each classroom can access
through the classroom computer. Teachers at the front gate only use the
radio (walkie-talkie) to confirm student leaving the classroom (if student take
too long to arrive at the gate) directly to the homeroom teacher or when
parents do not have/forgotten the dismissal card.
- The radio (walkie-talkie) will also be use by the teachers at the gate to
communicate with the person in charge of the dismissal system in the
computer lab to check whether the dismissal card is working
3. January to end of semester, all students will be waiting inside of their
classroom during dismissal
- Teachers are encouraged to incorporate the award system into their
homeroom dismissal (e.g. ClassDojo points) to motivate students to move
quickly
- Teachers must inform the supervising teachers at the gate should any
student is given punishment after school. Teachers at the gate then can
 inform the parents waiting in the car about the concerned student status
during dismissal.

4. Dismissal time as following:

GROUP TIME
Grade 1, 2, & 3 3:30 – 3:45 P.M.
Grade 4, 5, 6 & 7 3:45 – 4:00 P.M.
*Siblings/ students with brothers or
3:30 – 4:00 p.m.
sisters in other grade level

5. All teachers are responsible for the radio (walkie-talkie) assigned to them.
Teacher must send the radio to the computer lab every Friday to be charged
and take it back every first day of school on the following week.
*Techers will be responsible for lost or damaged radio(walkie-talkie)-charges
and fines may apply
