Greetings!

I’am formally writing this letter to inform your good office that the Binitayan Day care Center is
in need of urgent reconnection of electric because of supplemental feeding to the pupils
enrolled in Day Care Center and accreditation of Day Care School sponsored by the Local
Government of the Municipality of Daraga.

In connection of this the above-mentioned subject, may we humbly request from your Good
Office to urgent reconnect of electric supply to the Day Care School.
