The 10th PANLINGALINGAN FESTIVAL of our beloved DUPAX DEL SUR is such a special
time to catch up, strengthen and renew ties with the people who have helped us in our journey as
one community. Most importantly, our fiesta celebration is a gesture of our thanksgiving to God for
all the blessings that He has given us as one community of people united in love and harmony
which indeed reflects our fiesta theme, PANDARAMUAN, PISASALAMAT ON PANGAYJAYAN
LOM-ANAR (A time for thanksgiving and joyous community celebration).

On this special day, we come together in prayer and thanksgiving for the many blessings
that we have received in the past year and we continue to pray for more blessings in the years
ahead, in our lives as well as those of our family, relatives and friends. It is my sincerest hope that
our celebration today will bring fulfilment to our hearts as we generously share our time, resources
and efforts to our invited guests.

For my dear people of DUPAX DEL SUR, let us also take this occasion to be part of the
various activities which the Local Government Unit has prepared. I see this as an effective avenue
to generate community participation and therefore enhance camaraderie and teamwork within our
beloved municipality. I was truly overwhelmed by the unity of participation and support that you
have shown in the various activities. I am taking this as a concrete sign of your trust and
confidence in our mission of making Dupax del Sur truly progressive and sustainable.

As we all face challenges, I am confident that with our cooperation and steadfast
commitment, we will come out unified and strong to work even harder for a even better future. Let
us continue with our commitment of unity, cooperation, and camaraderie as we exhibit in this
celebration and continue to manifest in our hearts and serve as inspiration to move us on in our
untiring efforts to make a better tomorrow.
